Description:

Wonderful 1920's Lincoln Memorial Bookends manufactured by the Jennings Brothers Mfg. Co. Seated figure of Lincoln, made after the statue in Washington DC by Daniel C. French. Jennings made these bookends in several finishes. This set consists of two bookends, both with a bronze finish and Lincoln being in a rubbed Gold finish. The rubbed gold finish is rarer and quite sought after. There seems to have been a slight repair in the neck of one of them that is barely noticeable. Each measures 7in tall, 4 3/4in wide and 4 5/8in deep. They weigh 5 1/2 pounds each.
